What is Aaradhya Enterprise?

Aaradhya Enterprise is a stationery and Toys brand infusing novelty to the Indian stationery  and Toys market by bringing the most celebrated stationery from around the world in one place. The online store offers an exclusive selection of products from some of the most renowned brands in the industry.

The aim is to provide our consumers with the convenience of having everything they need at their doorstep thus making their shopping experience worthwhile. 

How can I track my order online?

Upon placing the order, you will be provided with a tracking number via SMS and email. Visit the ‘Track Order’ page or Click Chat Button and enter the order number to check the delivery status of your order.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

All orders usually take 4-5 working days to reach their destination but can take longer from time to time.

You will receive a tracking link via Whatsapp and email as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display on the tracking link.

Do you accept bulk orders?

Do you customize products?

Yes, we do customise most of our products for bulk orders and corporate gifting. Feel free to contact us for our corporate gifting catalogue.

My tracking link shows 'delivered' but I have not received the package. What should I do?

Please drop us a mail at support@aaradhyaenterprise.com, within 48 hours of the delivery time mentioned in the tracking link.

Please note: We would not be able to investigate with the courier service if it is informed to us after 48 hours. 

How can I cancel my order?

When do I get the refund for a cancelled order?

Please allow up to 10 business days after your items have been received by our warehouse. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email confirming your refund amount.
